MEN FINISH THIRD, WOMEN SIXTH AT NCAA REGIONALS

The Syracuse cross country team competed in the NCAA Northeast Regionals this afternoon at Hammonasset Beach State Park in Madison Conn. The No. 14 men ran to a third place finish while the women finished in sixth. Senior Griff Graves was the top-SU finisher, finishing in 6th place overall with a time of 30: 27.6. Senior Sarah Pagano ran to a 13th place finish with a time of 20:19.8.

SU MEN BREAK INTO TOP-10

The Syracuse men's cross country team has broken into the top-10 in the USTFCCCA Men's Cross Country Coaches' Poll. The Orange garnered its highest ranking so far this season coming in at number 10. The men have won every race so far, finishing in first at the Harry Lang Invitational, the Dartmouth Invitational and the Toledo Bubble Buster.. More.....

MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY: 2012 BIG EAST CHAMPIONS!

For the third time in four years, the Syracuse men's cross country team captured the BIG EAST Championship title. In a competitive women's field, the SU women took a sixth place finish. Leading the way for the Orange was freshman Martin Hehir who was the individual BIG EAST Champion, running to a first place finish with a time of 24:37.20. For the women, senior Sarah Pagano ran to a ninth place finish with a time of 21:10.42.

The Syracuse cross country team competed at the Toledo Inter-Regional Bubble Buster this afternoon and for the third-straight meet, the No. 13 men's team took first place. The men claimed nine of the top-10 finishers. The No. 22 women ran to a fifth place finish in a race that included three other ranked teams (No. 18 Toledo, No. 23 San Francisco and No. 25 West Virginia). More.....

FLEISCHER NAMED BIG EAST WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

After help leading the No. 9 Syracuse women's cross country team to a first place finish at the Harry Lang Invitational this weekend, sophomore Katherine Fleischer has been named the BIG EAST Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week. Fleischer finished the 4200m course in 16:02 on Saturday, Sept. 1 and ran to a second place finish.
The Orange women won the race by 44 points over Bucknell, Navy, University of Buffalo, Colgate, Holy Cross, American, Utica College, Nazareth, Stevens Institute and College of St. Rose. The Orange will compete in the Dartmouth Invitational this weekend on Saturday, Sept. 8th at 10:30 a.m.

ORANGE ANNOUNCES CLASS OF 2016
